Eye:
Beautiful creamy foam at the service. The effervescence deep promotes the formation of cordon foam of fine bubbles. The colour is golden yellow with some reflection, green.
Wine has a beautiful shine.

Nose:
Fine and distinguished. It expresses floral aromas (pink) and citrus (lemon, grapefruit). Aeration gives a touch of menthol, dried leaf and a mineral key.

Mouth:
The attack is ample and generous. The balance of the mix is perfect. The floral character brings a great final.
