Prestige Brut

Eye:
A lively effervescence of fine bubbles promotes the formation of a nice large and persistent collar of foam. The colour is pale yellow gold with a perfect shine.

Nose:
Fine and elegant. It reveals a characteristic of floral notes and sweet spices. The presence of cooked fruits aromas and notes of citrus (lemon) gives it a nice complexity. The maturity is provided by notes of honey and brioche.

Mouth:
Fresh and refreshing. A beautiful frame gives it long persistent mineral notes.
