Tradition Brut

Eye:
The foam is abundant in the service and forms a wide persistent cordon. The colour is yellow and has a beautiful shine.

Nose:
Expressive and fruity with hints of fresh fruits (plum, prune, and redcurrant), dried fruits and figs. In brewing, notes of citrus and a floral smell are felt.

Mouth:
The attack is frank and lively. The wine presents a certain maturity and a nice balance. The fruity notes give it a great persistence.
