Tradition Demi-Sec

Eye:
A large serving effervescence forms a cordon of creamy and persistent foam. The colour is yellow gold with beautiful shiny reflections.

Nose:
Frank and powerful. It reveals fresh fruits (peaches). It develops flavours of lemon and mango and a discreet floral edge which gives certain elegance.

Mouth:
The palate is soft and sweet (honeyed side). This demi-sec, subtly determined, reflects a beautiful expression and gives a fuller final.
